Announcement: Acquisition of Outlaw Property Management by Zealot Property Management

Effective July 31, 2025, Zealot Property Management (ZPM), a DBA of Zealot Consulting, is proud to announce the acquisition of Outlaw Property Management, a respected property management company based in Twin Falls, Idaho. The transaction was completed for an undisclosed amount.

As part of this strategic expansion, all properties currently under management by Outlaw Property Management will be transitioned to the ZPM platform over the next three months. Our teams are working in close collaboration to ensure a seamless and professional handover, preserving the high level of service that clients from both organizations have come to expect.

This acquisition marks a key milestone in ZPM’s continued growth and supports our mission to serve high-end property owners across both the Treasure Valley and the Magic Valley. By combining our resources and expertise, we are confident in our ability to enhance the client experience and expand our service capabilities throughout Southern Idaho.
